Planned Giving

Leave A Legacy

Want to leave a legacy today? Leaving a gift to Perception Funding in your will or beneficiary designation will help us better serve our ministry partners in order to grow the Kingdom of God. As we grow with welcoming more ministry partners, we want to be able to provide our ministry partners with ongoing support and future needs.

We have several ways you can make a planned gift.

Bequest Through a Will
A Bequest can be included in a new will, or added to an existing will.

Charitable Trusts
Donors can give through a Charitable Remainder Trust, Charitable Lead Trusts or a Gift of Annuity as part of their estate planning.

Life Insurance
Donors can designate a nonprofit as a Life Insurance policy beneficiary.

Retirement Assets
Donors can name a nonprofit as a beneficiary of a portion or all of his/her retirement plans. When the donor’s estate is settled, the amount designated passes to the nonprofit.

Real Estate Gifts
Donors can make a gift of real estate to a charity, removing a large taxable asset from their estate and benefiting by receiving an income tax deduction equal to the appraised fair market value of the property, with no capital gains tax due on the transfer.
