Partner Care
The Partner Care Program allows us to care for our ministry partners on a whole new level. We want to not only keep ministry partners actively working in their ministry, but also to help them to be spiritually and emotionally healthy so they can care for themselves, their families, and their ministries. This will create a lasting and exponential impact as more and more people hear the truth and love of Christ.

- Pastoral Care: We will continue to meet (in person or online) for relational and spiritual conversations and spend time in prayer for our ministry partners, their family, and their ministry impact.
- Cultural Intelligence Training: This training will begin in 2021 as our newest addition to the Partner Care team has extensive experience in a variety of cross cultural ministry environments, and is a certified Cultural Intelligence instructor. This part of our program will start with the development of an e-course to lay a foundation of CQ principles, and then, through one on one coaching, will help our ministry partners grow in their specific context to share Christ in the most relevant and culturally appropriate ways.
- Walking the Walls: Based on the book of Nehemiah and following the model Nehemiah set in rebuilding the walls and gates of Jerusalem. We will coach and train our ministry partners how to understand their clear and specific needs and how to build healthy teams to fulfill those needs. By establishing solid structure and process, our ministry partners will be able to develop local ownership with sustainable volunteer teams to better serve those in their mission field.
- Missional Trade: Also known as business as missions - Using our skills and knowledge, honed over combined decades of successful experience, we can guide Ministry Partners in this new ministry area: business as a way to engage in their communities and build lasting relationships, while creating a financially sustainable ministry.
- Church Planting: We believe in the Church! If someone has a dream to start a church and reach their city with the hope of Jesus, we are equipped to come alongside them in the journey. Our goal is to help them see that dream come true by providing necessary tools to help them launch and grow a life-giving church.
