Emoji & first name used to protect his identity Partner Care Team Member Cultural Intelligence Specialist Jeremiah is an expert certified in cultural intelligence, which means he can help our ministry partners develop skills to excel at working with people of other cultures. He is a great person with whom to have pastoral care conversations.
Sarah Ray
Partner Care Team Member Economic Development Specialist Sarah, of Neema Development, assists Ministry Partners in their capacity building efforts in hopes that communities may gain increased economic stability and freedom to pursue hopeful and prosperous futures while encountering the love of Christ.

Parker Dane
Partner Care Team Member Church Planting Specialist Parker has been pastoring Churches for more than a decade and is currently planting a Church is Wichita. He’s gone through Church Planting training and is always seeking to learn more. Parker is great for mentoring those in the Church Planting world.
Seth Sears
Partner Care Team Member International Missions Specialist The Sears have been serving in a slum of 50,000 people in San Jose Costa Rica for 13 years. Seth is great to brainstorm ideas and discuss what has worked in past and why. He’s also great to talk to have a pastoral conversation with about serving those in marginalized communities.
