A visit from an international ministry partner

In February we were thrilled to welcome Eric Zander from Vianova, who lives and works in Belgium.
We had a sweet time learning more about his ministry and hearing his thoughts on effective church planting. We rejoice at having such knowledgeable and dedicated partners!

Staff Meeting

We are big proponents of not having meetings when they could be emails... so PF team meetings are few and far between! When we do make time to get everyone to join virtually or in the office, it's pretty special. At the end of February, we spent an hour together (in person and virtually), discussing our impact over the last year, praying for the mission and the members of Perception Funding, and dreaming some big dreams for future projects. We have an incredible team made up of nearly a dozen creative and dedicated individuals who all have a unique role in our organization.
We also spent some of our time together nailing down some more details on a project we have been working on for two years! We have some big changes coming down the chute, and cannot wait to let you in on all the details!

As travel opens up a bit more, we were happy to send out several team members to different events and trainings around the world in the last month!
- Jonathan traveled to a conference in Georgia earlier this month. Jeremiah, one of our Partner Care team members, joined him from Arizona, and Pepe, one of our partners in Peru, also flew in to meet up with them! Their time together was fruitful and encouraging.
- Joe, our Partner Care Team Director, spent time in Arizona working with some YoungLife areas on leadership development. He also spent time in Wichita, Ks leading a men's retreat.
- Sarah Ray, a Partner care team member, spent much of the month of February traveling all over the globe meeting with ministry partners in Thailand and Uganda, investing in their lives and ministries.
