Fundraising Event
Jonathan is heading to Iowa this weekend to assist one of our ministry partners with a large fundraising banquet. These particular ministry partners live and work in the boot hills of the Himalayan mountains in China, and are headed back later this summer to start a new business teaching an americanized version of agriculture and animal husbandry to the locals, which is in high demand in China. The chief end of this business is to create relationships with locals and begin discipleship.
Though there to aid these partners with fundraising, Jonathan always ends up learning just as much as he teaches. It's truly inspirational to watch people use their own unique skill set and knowledge base to build the kingdom of God.

GOT Ministries

Our ministry partners at GOT Ministries (Guatemalan Occupational Therapy) have been making great progress with some of the kiddos whose lives they have been impacting with their work. To learn more about what they have been up to, click below.

GOT Ministries has been praising God for protection from the volcanic activity not far from their base in early June. While the country is still mourning the huge loss of life and the crippling property damage, none of GOT's patients were harmed.

Please continue to be in prayer for other missionaries in the area, though. The Guatemalan government has ceased support for recovering bodies, but many missionaries are continuing to provide emotional and practical support for the citizens most impacted.
