Perception Funding's Impact over the last month!

"One of the main tasks of theology is to find words that do not divide but unite, that do not create conflict but unity, that do not hurt but heal." - Henri Nouwen At Perception Funding, we are afforded a rather unique experience of gathering together with a body of Christ followers from all over the globe, who all have their own specific ideas and beliefs and values. Whose hearts and minds are rooted in the truth of Jesus, whose life missions are to build the Kingdom of God through community with servant hearts, and who still manage to disagree on all manner of theological thoughts. Week after week, we hear of new challenges across the globe, and the differing opinions on how those challenges ought to be handled. We have been honored to walk alongside the outspoken fundamentalist and the passionate progressive - both who truly believe that they are doing the work of Christ in their spheres of influence - and whose thriving communities are glowing examples of the fruits of the spirit that Paul told us we could count on to show us the health of the host. Thankfully, our main concern here at Perception is to serve - to serve all these ministry partners with the same level of respect and dignity - the same way that Jesus did. We have had front row seats to tough decisions being made in ministries and families for over a decade -and through all the mess and the aching, we have settled on two truths that are unshakeable and undeniable. God is good, and he is with us.  We have been humbled and reminded again and again that no matter the flaws, no matter the failings, no matter our sin and shortcomings, He is able to create a good work in his children.  The quote above, by Henri Nouwen, reminds us that our responsibility is to live in peace and to proclaim the good news of Christ - our grand theological ideas are worthless without love for our brothers and sisters. Baby, Oliver, and Alaina are healthy and doing well.  The entire Klee family has COVID. They're now on the mend but still have lost of coughs and tiredness.  Several staff members are undergoing big home projects this summer/fall - prayers for rest and energy for the whole staff are appreciated, as we joyfully give grace to one another!
