Each year we put together 20+ strategic plans for our ministry partners. We then hold them accountable by going over their monthly tasks with them each month. We've developed materials they need to get going, we prepare them for donor meetings by roll play. This prepares them for real life conversations with their donors. We help them tweak their fundraising plans along the way, and in the end many of them surpass their goals. Most of them thought that they would never even come close to reaching their goals in the first place.
