It may be difficult to believe but it has been over three years since Perception Funding began its journey. By the end of 2011 we will have directly raised over $500,000 for our ministry partners all over the world. Our ultimate desire is to create effective ministries in order to grow the kingdom of God and this year was no exception as we have:
-Led twenty fundraising events.
-Created ten strategic plans and helped our ministry partners be accountable.
-Built & maintained five new websites to help our ministry partners communicate
and raise funds.
-Filmed & produced twelve short video documentaries for ministries both locally
-Gave $10,000 that we raised as a result of our trips to Haiti last year to partially
fund an orphanage in Gonaives, Haiti.
-Took a team of six to Costa Rica to work alongside our ministry partners in the poorest slum in Central America.
-Led a group of volunteers monthly to serve the poor & homeless at Hope Faith Ministries in downtown KC.
-Served the Campbell family (who lost everything in the Joplin tornado) by walking
with them in the recovery process and furnishing their new home.
God has opened my eyes this year to see that there are no limits to what this ministry can accomplish with Him and the body of Christ working together.
The unique part about Perception Funding is that we do not charge our ministry partners for any of our services, which means we raise the needed funds to cover our operating costs. As Perception Funding helps an increasing number of ministries, our own costs grow as well. By the end of the year we would like to have raised an additional $15,000 to meet our 2011 goal and to put us in a position to continue to serve our ministry partners in 2012. Our hope is that you will continue to support our ministry and prayerfully consider making a year-end contribution.

Joplin Tornado – Family Adoption
As you know, we have partnered with a local church Vox Dei Community to come alongside Brad and Melissa Campbell as they rebuild their lives in Joplin after the Tornado.
On Saturday, November 5 we moved them into their new home by bringing them a trailer full of home furnishings. Then on Sunday, November 20 we held a house warming party for them here in Kansas City. The Campbells are truly thankful for all the donations and time many of you have given.
We hope to make one more trip to Joplin this year as we still have a bunch of household items to take them. As of now we are planning an afternoon trip on Sunday, December 11. Please let us know if you are interested by emailing us at email@example.com
Thank you for your past support and for being an encouragement to our mission. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Merry Christmas 2011
